The insecurity in the northern part of nigeria that is resulting in incessant killings destroying age long trust, peace and causing mayhem and confusion. The multiple religious inhabitant that are muslims and christians with very few insignificant number of traditionalist with inclination toward traditional religions is not mostly affected by the modernisation in most of the states whether by schools attended by their folks or the environmental settings of buildings even among the few states of plateau and kaduna that religious crisis over the last decade made demarcation against religious belief compulsory, but mostly the children attend same schools from primary to tertiary institute. The parents works alongside each other and together whether in public or private organisations, in the markets, attends same hospitals, social centres etc. In states like Nassarawa, Benue, Adamawa, Taraba, Borno, Yobe, Gombe, Bauchi, Jigawa, Kano, Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto, Kebbi, Niger, Kwara and Kogi states the setting is more interrelated and monolithic becouse no such demarcations of houses and communities against religious belief. Though Yobe is becoming particularly alienated becouse of the Boko haram issue that destabilise the capital city of Damaturu and the boisterous commercial city of Potiskum affecting everbody and dispersing the inhabitant in all. So the question is why despite the recent killings, bombings of churches and mosques, schools, press houses, markets, Govt orgs. Etc but still the bonding and the trust still exist between the two religious adherents even though that was the targeted point of the bombings in both churches and mosques, to create confusion, mistrust, incite disruptions and public disorder in the name of reprisal killings and revenges and even though some religious leaders in both the two divides had made negative and harsh remarks but why the general populace belief in one another is still mostly there? Why the targeted result wasn’t achieved? Why generally both the two religious members believe ts an evil machinations to divide and incite the one against another? The answers is what will surely lead us to knitting the little tear and fear created and will also help us in setting formidable interfaith forums and societies that will surely foster the relationship forward, curb the recent negatives happenings and create awareness and positive machineries for future occurences. And in this case the youth are the most needed agents for the peacefull coexistance and the best mediums for dispersing the positive initiative. So the youths how do you intend to remedy the situation and also stabilise your future that is continously looking bleak?
